Hi, My name is Sean and I used to be a Realtor. In fact I was a Realtor from 1989 until just recently. Although I am no longer selling real estate I have decades of experience in the business and enormous experience marketing, photographing and exposing the product.

Now I'd like to be your Graphic Designer, which includes web design.

I've been a practicing, professional graphic designer for over 2 years now and bring knowledge of the complete Adobe Creative Suite 3 as well as typography, html, css & some php. I charge affordable hourly rates - perhaps the lowest around for the quality and degree of my skill levels.

Real Estate photography is a complicated procedure involving a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop.

I will arrive at your clients home with my new Nikon Digital SLR camera, take as many photos as possible and be out of their home within minutes. I do not linger for hours looking for the perfect shot and I generally don't use a tripod as I don't need to.

I make custom feature sheets using Adobe InDesign software. These feature sheets are created as 300 pixels per inch and in CMYK colour. I will e-mail you a high quality PDF (Adobe Acrobat file) that you can then print out on any colour printer or copier. I can upload the PDF to your web site so prospective purchasers can download and print it out in high quality as well. I will also convert it to a jpg (72 ppi picture file) so it can be quickly viewed on your web site or posted to Craigslist or whatever.

I can provide you with a single custom web page instead of an entire web site. This is also used as a Realtor's "virtual tour".

You can link it to your existing web site or I can make you a folder in this commercial "Shop Lonsdale" web site that you can advertise. This is a great way to save time and money but still provide your Seller with the excellent exposure and graphic design he or she demands. Plus, you promote yourself as well. Don't lose a listing because you don't have a full web site.

These pages have similar styles and background colours, however your page could have any style you wish or perfectly blend in with your existing branding and look. I like to use java script swap image behaviors for real estate. It's simple, elegant and easy for the viewer. I will create a new header for you in Photoshop. I also load the page up with any additional info - Measuremasters image & downloadable pdf, high resolution downloadable Feature Sheet pdf, mapquest map & directions, lot map from GIS, etc.

This web page / virtual tour will also link back to your own web site.

If you do not wish to register a domain name - eg. "www.yournamehere.com " I will attach you page to Shop Lonsdale .com so it will appear like "www.shoplonsdale.com/realtor/yournamehere/"

A web presence is mandatory these days even just to publish your address, phone number & hours of operation. You restaurants should be publishing your menus because that's what people are Googling.

I will add to or replace your existing web site. I will create a new web site for you. I will register your "domain name" and set you up with a very affordable hosting server. I will design and upload all of your content, pages and any new listings. I will then leave you until you need me again.

I'll add a small bit free computer code to your web site or web page so you will be able to track who is viewing your listings and where in the world they live. Check out Shop Lonsdale's stats to see what I mean.

This is very important in maintaining your listings as lots of hits means well priced strong demand = low hits = over priced low demand.

Sellers love this as you can show them who is viewing their ads and how much international demand there is for their home or business.

Everyone needs a brochure. Whether it's for customers to take with them or a Canada Post mail out.

I am an expert when it comes to Unadressed Ad mail. I'll take care of your mail out for you after I've picked up your flyers or brochures from the printer.

Flash animation was one of the first things I learned when I got into graphic design.

I like to add a little flash to a web site as it gives it a little something more.

Flash is best used for small clickable ads. I don't really recommend it for complete web sites for various reasons.

These two don't look great because I've reduced them significantly for this demo & left them on continuous loop.

For only $25.00 / month your business can advertise on the Shop Lonsdale main page.

You get a 250 x 250 pixel roll over ad with a link to your web site or web page. This is a great form of exposure.

These examples are only 125 pixels for demo purposes.

These forms of exposure are not necessarily appropriate for every home.

Some homes are too small. Wide angle lenses on the camera look terrible and shouldn't be used, and mostly, I feel providing too much visual info at times may deter a showing.

Buyers may discard the listing too quickly before ever viewing it.

However, if the Seller insists or you want an edge I can do it.

Just so you know. These are not video in the traditional sense. These are two panorama jpg's or png's tweened across the Flash stage with a fade in / out & lots & lots of frames. It's pretty time consuming and requires a tripod.

I can help you achieve effective and affordable online sales. This can be an extremely complicated, time consuming and expensive procedure.

However, I have found ways through free open source software and PayPal shopping carts to keep the costs low and the procedure less complicated.

So you've got a web site but don't really have any Real Estate related items to put on it. Remembering that on the internet "content really is king" I'll make buttons / nav bars or links to supply you with many pages of my regularly updated real estate content.

This is generic content with no mention of any Realtors names. Your Sellers will love it and you'll look like a pro.
